• Personal Information: Name, Email Address (via Google Sign-In), and Phone Number to manage your account and authenticate orders.
• Location Data: To provide accurate and lightning-fast delivery to your doorstep.

3. App Permissions

To provide our core features, the Fudcart App requires the following permissions on your device:

• Location (GPS): Required to pinpoint your exact delivery address on Google Maps.
• Storage: Required to securely download and save your order invoices (Bills) directly to your device gallery.
• Camera & Microphone: Required exclusively for our "Bond" feature, allowing you to participate in real-time WebRTC video/audio calls with friends for group shopping.
• Phone/Contacts: Used for secure OTP verification and allowing you to contact delivery partners easily.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. Fudcart uses advanced encryption and secure databases (Supabase) to protect your data. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties under any circumstances.

5. Terms of Service

By accessing Fudcart, you agree to abide by all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Users are expected to maintain fair usage of our Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bond discount features. Any fraudulent activity may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
